Conveyer Model
Since work can be processed continuously, time can be reduced and space can be saved. Also, it is possible to cooperate with the front and rear robots and conveyors when introducing this unit to the factory line.
Electric bogie model with vertical sliding door
The bogie loads in and out electrically, so it can move safely even with heavy loads. Forklifts and overhead cranes can be used when setting workpieces, mak-ing them easy to handle. The door is electrically driven and slides up and down, so it is easy to open and close. The lock pin prevents the door from falling when it is open.
Box model with hinged double door
With a standard structure that can be used in a wide range of applications, it will be delivered in a relatively short time. The hot air circulation structure which is designed in-house improves the soaking balance in the furnace.
Box model with upper lid
This structure is often used when a work is to be loaded from above or when a heavy work is loaded. The work can be directly inserted into the furnace while being hung by a mobile crane, and safety measures to prevent the top cover from falling down are provided by a cylinder with a lock and a clamp.
Heating furnace with secondary combustion furnace
By installing a secondary combustion furnace at the top of the heating furnace, the gas emitted from the heating furnace is incinerated to reduce the emission of odours and harmful substances. It is mainly used for cleaning resin molding noz-zles and removing varnish, and is safer compared to directly heating the work with a burner and can minimize thermal damage to the work.
